More About this Essential Workshop for Project Manager's

Many Project Manager's of IC design project find they are struggling with unexpected delays to their production plans due to the surfacing of unplanned design activities. At the same time intense time to market pressures demand an environment that prescribes improvement to both the predictability and length of design timelines, a goal that often remains elusive.  In response to this need we have created this workshop to target development of baseline knowledge in the industry standard IC design process. Through this knowledge enrichment a Project Manager is better armed to build thorough plans, make better risk trade-offs and challenge traditional assumptions.
